The following provisions govern the offering of Gift Cards (as defined below) by Endless Play and are an integral part of the Endless Play Terms and Conditions that can be found at https://endlessplay.store/pages/terms-conditions
Endless Play offers gift cards (“Gift Cards”) that can be purchased and redeemed through the Endless Play web store. You must have an Account with Endless Play to purchase or redeem Gift Cards; purchasing or redeeming Gift Cards constitutes acceptance of the Endless Play Terms and Conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Gift Cards will be provided by Endless Play in electronic form only.
Endless Play gift cards are transferable to another party who is not necessarily registered with Endless Play web store. This is a typical situation as they act as a 'Gift' from the purchaser to someone of their family or friends. Bare in mind that Gift Cards are single use. Once used, they will be automatically voided. The minimum order size must at least match the amount on the Gift Card, as Gift Cards are single use and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Gift Cards may only be redeemed through the Endless Play web store and may not be redeemed towards previous purchases. Purchase made with a Gift Card will be deducted at Checkout where the customer has to manually enter the Gift Card code during the Checkout process. It is possible to use more than one Gift Card during checkout for as long as they are still valid and the order amount at least matches their value.
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or checks and Gift Card balances cannot be transferred to credit card accounts or accounts of other means of payment. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed when an automatic reduction code is applied. If applicable law requires Endless Play to redeem Gift Cards for cash, check, or other means of payment, Endless Play reserves the right to select any of the foregoing at its discretion. Gift Cards can only be redeemed for purchases in the currency that matches the Gift Cards. Endless Play reserves the right to reject the redemption of Gift Cards and request alternative forms of payment, terminate the respective Account, and take legal actions, if Endless Play reasonably believes that Gift Cards are abused or used or obtained fraudulently.
The title and risk of loss for Gift Cards passes upon electronic transmission of the Gift Card by Endless Play to the purchaser of the Gift Card. Endless Play has no obligation to replace lost or stolen Gift Cards, but you can report lost or stolen Gift Cards by contacting Customer Support.
Gift Cards have a default expiration date of 1 year from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.
GIFT CARDS ARE PROVIDED BY Endless Play FREE OF ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Endless Play IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY, LEGALITY, OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF THE ITEMS PURCHASED WITH THE GIFT CARD.
