Return
You have 7 working days following the day you receive the goods to inform us about your wish to return a product. Just contact our Customer Service at hello@endlessplay.ch, mentioning your order number, the product(s) you want to return and the reason for the return. Any goods returned must be packed in their original packaging and must not have been used or damaged. You have 7 working days following the day you contact us to return the goods to:

Endless Play may not refund orders in case the above delays are exceeded, or if our Customer Service was not contacted prior to the return, or if the returned goods have been used or damaged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@endlessplay.ch and send your item to:

Original delivery cost if paid by Endless Play will be deducted from the refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
We will refund the price of the returned goods in CHF minus original delivery cost if paid by Endless Play, banking fees if any, will be borne by the customer.
